I watched the first three episodes, and then watched the first two again with my wife. The show is really fucked up, and really funny.

This isn't the James Gunn who made Guardians of the Galaxy behind the camera, this is the Troma veteran James Gunn who made Slither, and it is a hell of a lot of raunchy, gory fun.
