I'm on a Doctor Who kick today, inspired by The Seeds Of Doom DVD I got. Therefore, it's time for a Who thread.

I basically just wanted to post a picture of Tom Baker running from the scary plant guy.



Now that I have that out of my system, I think I like Baker best because he was the first actor I associated with the character. I also really, really like the movies with Cushing in them, they're super kooky and colorful and way too much fun.

Also, Daleks are neat.



I also like the T.A.R.D.I.S. because it's about as cool as a phone booth can get.



My wife says Tom Baker as the Doctor is a cross between Alan Rickman and Bob Dylan and she's kinda right.

Baker was the first doctor I ever saw so he's first in my mind, too, just because of that. But I wish Eccleston could've done more. However, he got outta the way for Tennant who was outstanding as the doctor.

I appreciate how he can always pull the birds, too (pun on top pic intended).
