Walked into a Goodwill on 82nd Ave and found what was left of the Movie Madness laserdisc rental section!! Bought the Roan SATAN'S SADISTS for $1.99 just because the sleeve was in great shape. Too lazy to take/post a pic at the moment, but picture a 12"x12" version of the Alpha sleeve in high gloss and on heavy stock, and you're just about there.

Two weeks before DEEP PURPLE organist Jon Lord died of pancreatic cancer he signed 500 of these sheets.
On the day that he signed these sheets he wasn't feeling well but insisted on signing anyway despite the publisher telling him it could wait. Lord was not only the best organist and keyboard player in rock he was also a true gentleman.
The remaining members of Mk. IV PURPLE, sans Ritchie Blackmore also signed. Lord is in the center bottom slot flanked by drummer Ian Paice on the left and vocalist David Coverdale on the right. Bassist/vocalist Glenn Hughes completes the set on the upper left above Paice.
The book itself is a stunning photo record of the 1974 California Jam. Hand stitched and housed in a royal purple hard case it's my most prized possession.Last edited by Horace Cordier; 02-13-2013, 03:43 PM.

That DP piece is awesome.
Here's something similar that I have:
Clockwise from top left: David Coverdale, Steve Vai, Adrian Vandenberg, and I could never read the bottom left name. Other band members at that time were Tommy Aldridge on drums, and Rudy Sarzo on bass.... and some keyboard dude. Found this as a surprise, bought a used copy of a different CD at my old music store I used to manage, and this was slipped inside the other insert.
A pleasant surprse.
