Have you checked out Zombi? Totally sound like Italian soundtrack music. You might dig Secret Chiefs 3 and some of Mike Patton's stuff too.
    Rock! Shock! Pop!

I may have heard of Zombi somewhere. Not sure if I remember anything specific. I have Patton's Adult Themes for a Voice which is pretty interesting. I'll check out Secret Chief's 3.

Not trying to be an attention whore but is there anything else I should check out?

Thank you Kevin for the Ramleh recommendation.

Shake Sauvage is a French soundtrack compilation from Crippled Dick Hot Wax that's incredibly quirky and groovy - not too dissimilar from Sexadellic Dance Party. Might be OOP but well worth hunting down in some form.

In Solitude and specifically their most recent album Sister is very goth influenced hard rock/metal. Dark and catchy as hell.

On the Zombi tip, try Steve Moore's solo stuff as well

                Coil
                Espectrostatic
                The Ghost Box Records family
                Consumer Electronics
                Krautrock

If you dig Ramleh, check out Skullflower (they share Anthony DiFranco, for the most part...the good Ani Di Franco). Their catalog is varied, but it's all really good. Phillip Best of Consumer Electronics also had a stint in Skullflower.
If you dig those, you'd dig the early British PE scene (Whitehouse (Phillip Best, again), Sutcliffe Jugend) and probably anything on the Come Organization label (Come, Nurse With Wound, Maurizio Bianchi, Leibstandarte SS MB).

If you dig all this want want to go futher down the rabbit hole, I'll be glad to give you more suggestions.
