K-Rod/Noland - did either of you make the PNW Off! shows? Details!

    NYC.... Guitar Wolf. Splat!

Swingin' Utters just announced an NYC show for 6-13.

KRod's post reminded me that I'm going to see The Melvins tomorrow night. I prefer the setlist for tonight's show (Lysol + Houdini), but the guy buying them wanted to go tomorrow (some album + Stoner Witch).

I did not - the place they played was over-sold and packed for the whole 5-band lineup.
It's not going to suck itself...

I went. Great show. Keith Morris bumped into me while he was squeezing through the crowd to go roadie for himself. Then Mark Arm posted up next to me. The place was lousy with PNW rock stars.

The Damned are playing Seattle this Oct and performing The Black Album and Damned Damned Damned in their entirety. BOING!

They are also playing NYC so Ian is lame if he does not go.

Well, the Black Leather Jesus show is still on if you wanna drive out here. Supposed to be 100 degrees out, though.

I have to work the next morning, or I'd do it for kicks.

Stupid Dayglos. At least I can get a refund on my tickets. I could go see Verbal Abuse without them, but I don't care enough.

                        And to continue whining...

The PI2011 festival for 6/19 was supposed to feature Star Fucking Hipsters and Morning Glory - both are now apparantly off the bill for whatever reason.

The plus side is that STZA is doing a solo acoustic set of Choking Victim and Leftover Crack songs and Zounds have apparantly been added, which would be interesting.

STZA is my least favorite member of Wu Tang.

What are they charging for the Seattle show? It's $50 a ticket here.

$20 plus rape fees to bring them to $35.
