Picked up a couple of Akuphone releases featuring Taiwanese and Japanese folk singers who melded pop, rock and latin influences into their music in Lily Chao and Eri Chiemi. Chiemi is probably best known for being the ex-wife of Takakura Ken and having died under mysterious circumstances at the age of 45.
