Dark Gods is pretty solid, yeah. And I think this is the first time I've seen any Crossed around here in the back issue bins as well. For $0.50 a pop, I grabbed'em.

A former friend of mine gave me the first two years' worth of issues.

Then the asshole stole them and a bunch of other shit from me and left me homeless!

Fuck that sucks. Back in 2007 I moved back to MS. Left a bunch of my stuff out in Texas with my now ex-wife. Went out to get it in early 2009. Learned her crappy half sister and the sister's drunk ass boyfriend had stolen a pile of my stuff.

Oddly it was stuff that wasn't easy to sell. Figured those two would go for the stuff they could sell easy. Nope they grabbed 2 longboxes of comics and a stack of dvds.

I think my first was probably either Lone Wolf & Cub from First or the Eclipse issues of Kamui or Xenon. I think I had the first couple of issues of Mai as well.

Yep I was reading the comic at school in study hall and one of the football players saw that poster and offered me 2 bucks for it.

Hell that might have been the first Asian comic I ever read...no wait I think I might have grabbed one or two issues of Mai the Psychic Girl back in the 80s.
