  • Nurse 3-D (Merged)

Anyone else intrigued by this? Lionsgate has been doing a lot of online promotion for this title. It hits on demand platforms 2/7/14 and will get a limited theatrical release the same day.

        Nurse 3D

Who's in for a slutty nurse epic? I wasn't aware of this one until a few minutes ago when I came across a not very complimentary review that described it as "lurid trash". Sounds like my kind of film. Trailer doesn't make it look as much fun as the review did but it's been a while since we had a good mainstream fetish film so I'll give it a crack.

Looks like a remake of SINGLE WHITE FEMALE (1992) only more fun.

Yeah, I'll give it a watch. If the 3-D is any good I'll buy it.

Ah apologies... In my defence the search feature here does kind of suck. Though if I was prosecuting me I would have to point out that I did not even attempt to use the aforementioned sucky search feature. I am though pleased to see from the other posts that it is being concurrently released to download at the same time as cinemas so no waiting for my naughty nurse fix. Score!

Use the advanced search function, select 'title only' and type in nurse. Works like a charm. vBulletin sets the search function to search titles and posts, which makes it muddy, the title only option will save you lots of time.

That's the chick Lucy from Boardwalk Empire. A NYC actress.

White uniform dresses? Nurses stopped wearing "whites" in the 1970s. White caps and stockings went out with their grandmothers. They wear scrubs now. Some hospitals have an annual retro day during which the nurses "dress up" in "whites." Anyhow, at least they come off in this movie.

If you ever get sick in Phoenix, Arizona make sure the ambulance takes you to Banner Good Samaritan. I swear, that's where the nurses get hired for their looks. It's as if there's a beauty contest going on. I shot a training video there and one day I asked a member of the board, half-jokingly, when I saw him watching the nurses walking down the hall, if he hired based on youth and their looks. He kind of smiled but didn't answer which I took for a yes.

Also, Kathleen Turner from Body Heat and Jessica Rabbit as the head nurse making the announcement at the beginning of the trailer. I'd know that throaty voice anywhere. Man, has she changed ....

That's arch. Paz gives Gale Sondergaard a run for her money.
