DVD only would be ridiculous. I'm holding out for a release of the soundtrack on wax cylinder.
I'm bitter, I'm twisted, James Joyce is fucking my sister.

this one starts out like one of the worst new indie-horror shit you'll find on amazon prime and hulu these days + the lead is fucking annoying. but the "transperson pinhead" and the design of the cenobites is really good and kept me watching till the end.
pretty weird this still has no blu-ray or uhd release anywhere in the world and the only physical media copy is a dvd from UK.

Fuck me, those characters were a bunch of annoying twats. Are Colin and Trevor now acceptable Millennial names? This wasn't much better than most of the Miramax sequels, and it had no right to be two hours long. I can see why it went to streaming, it's decidedly uncinematic.

they even had the nerve to use the original score and suggest that there might be a sequel (ending). the cenobites and that rad mansion definitely belonged in a better movie with better actors.
the atrocious dimension sequels must have damaged the name hellraiser enough for this to be streaming only (+ in glorious sd on uk dvd )

            That is an incredible location.

Why would anybody watch a scum show like Videodrome? Why did you watch it, Max?

As apparently one of the few people who really liked this film, I'm glad there'll finally be a physical media release in appropriate resolution. Fingers crossed for some decent extras as well.

I like it and my roommate loves it. She's really excited to finally have a quality physical copy of it.
