I picked up the Alpha disc when I was on a Helga Line kick. I don't remember much about the movie except that I liked it well enough and it had some good atmosphere. I will probably upgrade.

    Retromedia Releasing The Blancheville Monster

This one is coming 11/19/13 as a 50th Anniversary Edition.

    AKA Edgar Allan Poe's Horror.

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0057155/

"Edgar Allan Poe (and the Vincent Price/Roger Corman film adaptations of Poe's stories) provided the inspiration for this creepy tale about the beautiful young daughter of a crazed count who fears that she will fall victim to the family curse: to be sacrificed to fulfill an ancient legend. Seen here in a new 50th Anniversary edition featuring a widescreen (1.66, enhanced) digital HD film transfer. Stars Euro-horror favorites Gerard Tichy, Leo Anchoriz, Ombretta Colli, and Helga Line."

I think Alpha put this out a while ago, I expect this to look better.

Working...
