    When serial murderer Carl Stargher falls into a coma with his latest victim still trapped in an unknown location and waiting to die, the FBI turn to psychologist Catherine Deane for help. Using an experimental technology she enters the dark dreamscape of Stargher’s mind, attempting to learn his secrets before it’s too late. But his unconscious is a twisted nightmare, a labyrinth that threatens to trap her inside his terrifying world forever. To save a life, she’ll have to risk her own.

        Yeah the dream sequences taken in isolation are impressive but the film overall is relentlessly mediocre.

          Having Jennifer Lopez early in her acting career didn’t help much. Not that she’s really improved over the years.

            The Cell came out two years after Out of Sight and she's pretty good in that. But Tarsem is no Steven Soderbergh.

                I liked her in U-Turn and Blood & Wine as well. She is hot as hell in U-Turn.

                  I remember starting to watch this several times, back in the day when it was on a movie channel I had. I don't think I ever finnished it, or if I did it underwhelmed me so much that I can't remember making it all the way through.
