This came out as BLOOD OF THE ZOMBIE from Shriek Show 20 years ago. As it was one of many films I had highly anticipated thanks to the first PSYCHOTRONIC book, it definitely came nowhere near expectations.

If you like his other bizarre stuff and haven't seen it yet, you might want to snatch up THE WONDERFUL LAND OF OZ released by Something Weird, also 20 years ago. The DVD package contains not only that and his JACK AND THE BEANSTALK, but a shite-load of trailers for various international live action fairy tales (many of which I've collected over the years). Wonderful indeed!
