  • Mark Pavia's Fender Bender (2016)

I'm a big fan of Mark Pavia's 1997 film Night Flier, an adaptation of a Stephen King short story (honestly it's one of my favorite King adaptations, my favorite being Dead Zone). Pavia didn't direct again until 2016, when he made the stalker/slasher Fender Bender. I haven't seen Fender Bender but it looks promising and has a beautifully dark score by synth artist Nightrunner.

Fine review, sir. I'll be sure to give this flick a watch soon. As you pointed out in your review, I suspect the draws here are the rather nasty killings and the score. Thanks for pointing the review out :)

Honestly, when it came in, I was reviewing so much stuff that was DTV that was total garbage, this was memorable for being decent. The soundtrack is great.
