R.I.P. CLEVE HALL, Special Makeup Effects and all-around master of the macabre. Worked with Cleve back in the day on a couple of cult films such as TERROR NIGHT and ALIENATOR. He lived the lifestyle. He contributed to films like RE-ANIMATOR, TROLL and BIG ASS SPIDER! and more. Plus, tons of uncredited work. Far too young at 61.
