Since I never picked up the boxset, I'll bite on these (although I'm gonna have to double dip on Part 3.) Weird that they're not releasing a Jason Goes to Hell and Jason X double feature. (can we hope that they are going to give us the unrated Jason Goes to Hell?)

Looks like Paramount is putting out a Blu-ray collection with the 8 films in the series that they own. So this won't likely replace the 2013 Complete Collection release but as that's out of print and expensive, maybe someone here cares about this.

I would buy this in a heartbeat if part III were presented in proper 3-D.
I loved it when I saw it in the theatre when it was first released. It was the first 3-D movie I had ever seen and the effects blew me away!
I don't understand people who want 3-D to die... you aren't missing out on anything since the movies are always presented in 2-D also. To take away 3-D only impacts those of us who enjoy it!

Someone installed a Jason Vorhees statue underwater at a dive site in MN.

This is kind of amazing.

Just trolling through late night tv and came across Friday the 13th Part 4. I realised pretty quickly I hadn't seen this before. Am I nuts or this the best of the bunch? Kills are frequent and messy, the girls are very acceptable for 80s women and frequently unclothed. Plus bonus unexpected Corey fucking Feldman! There's very little to say about a film like this but it seems by this point they had the formula nailed down."Never let the fact that they are doing it wrong stop you from doing it right." Hyman Mandell.

Number 5 was going to play straight after 4. I should have stayed up for it. It was already 1 am already though. Probably I played it right..."Never let the fact that they are doing it wrong stop you from doing it right." Hyman Mandell.
