      Cool. Thanks.
Why would anybody watch a scum show like Videodrome? Why did you watch it, Max?

The shipping to Canada is brutal. Anyone else carrying this?

I know, it's bullshit. This would cost close to $100 after shipping and exchange. Fuck that noise.

I'd imagine Diabolik will be stocking it eventually.

It looks interesting but I think I'll try before I buy as it's a little pricey for a blind buy.
I'm bitter, I'm twisted, James Joyce is fucking my sister.

It is amazing how much genre stuff besides this movie that Sondra Locke was in during the 70's: A REFLECTION OF FEAR, WILLARD, THE SHADOW OF CHIKARA, and even an episode of the great show Night Gallery called "A Feast of Blood."
                      VHS will never die!

Ha! Yes, funniest, out-of-left-field ending since TWITCH OF THE DEATH NERVE!

I really, really, *really* wanted to like this, and did like the story and craft, but ... The dubbing of Seymour Cassel is just horrible. I know the history, I know why it happened, and I'm willing to give a lot of leeway. None of that changes the fact that the dubbing is epically bad and, sadly, negatively affected the viewing experience for me.

None of this is to say it's not worth watching. Just go in with clear expectations. The film itself is absolutely a classic.
