Over a year and a half later and I decided to give this another day in court, and actually warmed up to it this time. So much so that I just placed an order for it. And with a bit of detective work, I figured out that the hottie (who isn't listed amongst the four cast members on IMDb), is Lissa Zappardino. She played the wife of James Hong in The Vineyard (1989), and that was basically it. She shows her titty balls in the opening of that one.

I wound up buying the DVD and enjoyed it enough. Not quite as zany as I had hoped for but zany enough in spots.

I think it's pretty damn good. It's not a "so-bad-its-good" type, but an ambitious and - dare I say - stylish SOV flick.
