I think that THE HOUSE OF THE INSANE WOMEN (aka EXORCISM'S DAUGHTER) would fit into this category, though it's closer to a Euro-sleaze Women In Prison film than a pr0n.

I'm looking for movies that would fall under the category of "sexy asylum" films (I believe Stephen Thrower coined this term).

The ones I know of are LA BESTIA UCCIDE A SANGUE FREDDO [aka ASYLUM EROTICA] (1971) by Fernando Di Leo; THE DEFIANCE OF GOOD (1976) by Armand Weston, a hardcore porno feature film starring Fred Lincoln ("Weasel" from L.H.O.T.L.) as a Sadean psychiatrist; and HARD GORE [aka SADOASYLUM] (1976) about a nymphomaniac who goes to a sanitarium to be cured, but finds the place is run by a Satanic cult... Also maybe 1978's THE FIFTH FLOOR.

The criteria is the movies take place in a psychiatric hospital or some variation of and feature either sexualized horror or horrific sexuality... I guess...
