where's David Lynch?

I watched THE ART LIFE this past weekend and it's pretty good. Lynch tells some great stories, both moving and very funny. He talks quite a bit about his dad and there's one priceless story about the first time Lynch first showed him his art. Don't expect much about his films, though; they're not even mentioned for the first hour of the doc. The final 30 minutes or so briefly go into the making of THE ALPHABET, THE GRANDMOTHER and ERASERHEAD.Why would anybody watch a scum show like Videodrome? Why did you watch it, Max?

David Lynch talks 'Twin Peaks' future, David Bowie and Kafka project
Lynch was asked to comment on Italian director Nanni Moretti's recollection of Lynch threatening him with death just before the 2001 awards ceremony at the Cannes Film Festival, when Moretti went on to win the Palme d'Or with The Son's Room over Lynch's Mullholland Drive.
Recalling the incident, Lynch laughed and said: “I clearly wanted to kill him at that moment. I don't remember why I felt that way. I love Nanni Moretti.â€
...
Finally, Lynch also commented humorously on the idea of him being involved in the sex scandals that Hollywood is currently caught up in: “Stay tunedâ€.

The newest episode of Just The Discs feature an interview with Criterion producer Susan Arosteguy as well as some really fun back and forth between Stephanie Crawford and Bill Ackerman.

Highlight was when Ackerman asked Arosteguy about the whole late 90s/early 00s Eraserhead fiasco and she was like "I better not talk about that." (For those that don't know or need their memories jogged, Criterion and Lynch were in talks about Eraserhead for a year. Just before the deal was finalized a rumor that Criterion was going to release it and Lynch freaked out and killed the deal.)
