Personally I'd rather have a Blu-ray as this movie is rad but according to Boulevard Movies "Austria's NSM Records will be releasing Michael Dudikoff's NIGHT HUNTER (aka AVENGING FORCE / 1986) on a hardbox DVD."

"Action superstar Micheal Dudikoff joined director Sam Firstenberg for an audio commentary for one of my recommendation titles to Kino. A brand new HD master is being created, and this will be the first time this title will be available in widescreen and will make its DVD and Blu-ray debuts in the Fall!"

When I was admin at AVM, I sent him a few email messages to the addresses he had listed, with no results. He was just too awesome. It makes perfect sense that he would completely vanish.
