They made a movie out of The Three Stooges. I've seen it twice now. Roadrunner's playing in the car that dumps the duffelbag of babies at the beginning, so the Farrelly's don't lose any Jonathan Richman credit. No children cried out in fear during this showing. I laughed at Larry David as Sister Mary-Mengele and the end-credit PSA. And even though the people behind me got the biggest kick out of a Kardashian joke, I can imagine kids checking out the shorts because of this. Morons and waste-of-DNA kids, mostly, sure, but still, fresh eyeballs. Try this at home.

Followed up with The Vampire (aka It's Always Darkest Before The Dawn) which was fun, albeit very, very goofy.

Alison, good news, the answer is yes.
JUDGEMENT NIGHT (Stephen Hopkins, 1993). Wrong-exit remake of the Galileo 7 episode from Star Trek with Emilio Estevez as Spock, and the aliens are Denis Leary. Cuba Gooding Jr. plays Boma McCoy. The opening titles with De La Soul/Teenage Fanclub Fallin' through neatly-raked leaves in the autumn gloaming are the best part of the movie. And Peter Greene's a standout, I'll have to keep an eye out for him. B+, but I can't give it 8/10, left an odd taste of greenbacks in my throat.

Newt, The RnR Comics documentary was put out by Wild Eye, distributed through MVD. I'll have a full review up this week but if you are even a casual fan or have an interest in Revolutionary's output, get it.
