Best Teri Garr film was 1984's First Born. She plays a single mom who gets mixed up with a dangerous sleaze bag played by Peter Weller. When her teenage son finds her all hung over & sloppy one morning and tries to set her straight, she replies "I can't be all things to all people."

    RIP

No, not TERI GARR! One of my favorite actresses, and, yes, a crush. Incredibly talented as she was attractive. Just a listing of the films she was part of is an incredible tribute to her artistry and indelible touch: CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE 3RD KIND, YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN, TOOTSIE, OH, GOD!, THE CONVERSATION, THE BLACK STALLION, AFTER HOURS, MR. MOM...on and on. Spielberg, Mel Brooks, Coppola, Scorsese....

The title of a TV series she had a role in says it all: THE GIRL WITH SOMETHING EXTRA. She did.

    RIP.
