The Halloween 4k collection 1995-2002 UHD - Another fucking reseal either by Amazon or Shout themselves. The cardboard sleeve was scuffed and battered under the shrink wrap, the discs had been handled. I was willing to accept a partial refund, but they refunded me the whole amount. Lesson learnt: never buy Shout Factory discs unless it's day one. I've had a few Shouts that were sold as new that were reseals. And why do they still use cases that don't hold the discs in place? Land of the Dead being another one that the hub can barely hold. They've been doing that for years now, fucking cheap-shit clowns. No wonder they have so many returns that they put back in the marketplace as new.

            it still is.

I have been shopping online for 30+ years, and this was, without any exaggeration, the most hair-pulling shopping experience I ever had. I'm used to past problems on many websites, like the Vinegar Syndrome, Severin, (...) stores, which last hours. But in this case, it took me more than 4h and 30 minutes, non-stop, to place an order. I started the process at home, and ended up completing it at work (continuing it on my mobile phone during the trip). I spent the whole morning attempting to place an order in the background, and only managed to do so when I was about to have lunch. Various items I wanted, and added to the cart, were sold out before I managed to complete an order (like the LE of The Osterman Weekend).

The website worked OK for me for... 2 minutes. After that, it took 10-15 minutes, at least, to add each title to my cart. And then, I would add stuff, I would get a message saying it was added, but they were nowhere on the cart. Same thing with removing items. Removed items would continue to be on my cart. And then, for some reason, an item I never even viewed (some DVD for a kids show) was appearing on my cart.

Finally, after 3+ hours, I managed to reach the checkout screen. Another half an hour for the Paypal prompt to appear. I completed my order. Or so I thought. For some reason, the order appeared on the website, with the correct amount, but missing 6 items (part of the items was showing as having a quantity of 0, but still being counted for the total, and some were nowhere to be found, despite being included in the total amount).
Thankfully, apparently communications with Paypal didn't fully work, so that order was listed as not paid (and that transaction isn't showing on Paypal), and I managed to cancel it.

The items remained in my cart (even the ones not listed in the order that was showing in their system), so I continued to attempt to place a (correct) order. One more hour later, and the same thing appeared to be happening, but thankfully I received first a Paypal confirmation email, and then an email invoice, with all 14 items listed. I never got a confirmation screen on their website.

This was a complete nightmare. If I didn't want a few titles that were down to the last copies (Malèna, ...), I would have given up.
There are some items that I would have surely like to have included, and some I ordered that I would probably end up replacing, but if I made any further attempts to change my cart, I would likely still be trying to place an order.

If it's anything like Filmotonink's Seytan DVD, it will be hideously DNRd, but kudos to them releasing this before Disney sue them.
