I would add SUPERMENSCH: THE LEGEND OF SHEP GORDON as a pretty good documentry about Alice Cooper's (and many others) manager...

A cool guy who has been through a lot...also goes into Alice's early years too....

When I first saw Koppel's Harlan County USA as a teen is what started my lifelong love affair with documentaries, and it's still one of my favorite movies. Highly recommended to everyone.

Although, I do have to say, one of my favorite documentaries I've ever seen is The Killing of America from the 80's. Stark, powerful stuff.

I just watched Harlan County USA last night.

Holy fuck.

I do not believe that I've ever been that affected by a documentary. It is absolutely riveting.
