Watching Penitentiary III right now and feel compelled to add that for consideration.

Also, I totally second Boom! It has John Water's blessing + apparently Dick and Liz were so drunk throughout the shoot they kept trying to purchase the house they were filming in not realizing it was a set (or something to that effect).

So many great titles listed already. Here's some more clay if anyone ever decides to sculpt this down into 50:

    High School Confidential (1958)
The Brain That Wouldn't Die (1962)
    The Apple (1980)
    Mommie Dearest (1981)
    Butterfly (1982)
    Ninja III: The Domination (1984)
Voyage Of The Rock Aliens (1984)
    Death Wish III (1985)
Never Too Young To Die (1986)
    Showgirls (1995)

Was Boxing Helena on any of these lists? It should have been. I love Boxing Helena.

I can't believe there was a time when nobody knew about GETEVEN. It's #1.

I don't really think Star Wars Episode 3 should be there... at all.
It was definitely less 'unintentionally funny' than episode 2.

Otherwise I mostly agree with the list.
I think Stephen King's IT (although, I guess it wasn't a theatrical release film and rather a 2-part mini series) could have been on there. Whilst I absolutely love and adore that movie, even I have ti admit that the sections with the adults is just hilarious!

Gotta agree with Richard on those Star Trek films, tho. Hilariously awful crap.

Besides it's wonkiness, TROLL 2 gets points for being a Filmirage production and having costumes by Laura Gemser.
