  • Dolph Lundgren & Cuba Gooding Jr. - Together At Last! One In The Chamber

Crave online has the trailer for the latest Dolph Lundgren movie here.

Dolph appears to have not shaved for a few days and robbed whatever wardrobe was leftover from Magnum PI. I like his hat.

Cuba Gooding Jr.'s career continues to spin out of control in a bad, bad way.

Lots of unnecessary Matrix style camera work? CGI shoot outs? Bad one liners?

Oh yeah, I'm all over this one.

"If you ever wanted to see Oscar-winner Cuba Gooding Jr. roundhouse kick Dolph Lundgren in the face, have we got the movie for you. One in the Chamber stars Gooding as an assassin who switches sides in a mob war, forcing his former employers to call in another assassin, 80's action superstar Dolph Lundgren, to put him down for good while wearing a yellow Hawaiian shirt."

Anchor Bay releases this puppy to Blu-ray & DVD 8/21/2012.

Great stuff. Count me as a big Dolph fan (MISSIONARY MAN is one of my favourite DTV flicks of the past few years), and - sometimes for all the wrong reasons - I've been enjoying Cuba Gooding Jr's DTV flicks. Having said that, I still haven't plucked up the courage to watch SACRIFICE. THE HIT LIST was pretty good though.

I'm definitely in the queue to see this. Could be some wacky, overboiled fun.

Dolph is a solid, no nonsense he-knows-what-his-fans-want-and-he-always-does-his-best-to-give-it-to-them kind of guy....He is very smart and , though he mostly works in the lower-budget area of films, seems to be enjoying himself and doing what he loves....And I usually find myself sitting down to watch his latest release at some point...in short, you can rely on Dolph....

Cuba Gooding Jr's career is amazingly funny to me....and its ironic that this is quite a decent film for him to be appearing in compared to some of the other crap he has shown up in over the years as his career has fallen at super-sonic speeds...

Yeah I'm game for this too. Like you two just stated, Dolph is pretty reliable. And he does seem to be having a great time doing what he does. It comes through in a lot of his movies too.

Are they STILL letting 5 year olds photoshop these BR covers......

They just dont look professional at all.....I know the movies are low budget..but come on....

EDIT: Shoot the Killer is MARGINALLY better title.....One in the chamber sounds too like a gay porn flic LOL!!

              Still shite new title though

I dunno. Shitty cover art or not I think this one looks like fun.

Of course, the cover art has NO bearing whatsoever on the quality of the film....but I have noticed the lack of talent involved in creating MOST of the BR covers these days...

No arguement here. Most of it is lame. I always prefer when companies use original poster art when possible - but for DTV stuff like this, that's not an option.

You'd think they could do better than this, but I guess the most important thing is to let the casual consumer know who is in the movie. Style doesn't matter even if it should.
