Really? Australia's the last place I'd think they'd release the film on BD, being that when I saw it I saw it on VHS (as I was working in the video industry at the time). And it was a lemon then, from a business perspective as it was a terrible renter and you used to see copies loading up wholesalers everywhere because libraries just kept offloading it.

...yeah, I can read...believe it or not. Amazing as it may sound we Australians developed that skill as well, crazy I know. And to reiterate, again: no movie ever "piqued my interest", as the interest was already there. Which has been the point of every post in this thread I've made. I was never so "movie nerd" that I was oblivious to an interest in the opposite sex until some movie stuck a pair of bare titties under my nose. But, as I've been saying, I'm obviously the exception on this here rather than the rule. ;)

Mind you, I did grow up as a kid in a different era to most of you - once where video didn't exist - so that'd probably account for my entirely different perspective.

I really can't pinpoint the movie. I was interested in the opposite sex way before we had a VCR or cable. Maybe something like Dirty Harry (saw it in the drive-in when I was supposed to be asleep). That one always stuck out in my head, mainly the scene with the lesbian walking around her apartment naked. And the dancer in the jiggle joint when Harry is watching the Scorpio's every move. That one probably made me want to see more movie nudity. I can remember reading my dad's magazines when I was really young and learning about Ilsa of the SS (I think it was in a OUI magazine) and wanting to see it so badly, but again this was before VCRs were in the house or even a place around to rent movies.

I remember when Superman came out I knew who Lex Luthor's chick was because I saw her naked in one of my dad's girly books. I was warped at a very young age.

Maybe I'm just missing the general concept of the thread? It was "first film that piqued your interest in the opposite sex", no?
Obviously I'm not discounting anyone's stories of glory...but it never took a "movie" for me to take an interest, just saying... ;)
    Anyway...dead horse...flogged...repeatedly. Carry on regardless...

I can totally see Blood for Dracula. Joe Dallesandro and Udo both rock in that and Flesh for Frankenstein. Love both of those films (obviously, check my avatar) and can't wait til they get released on BR. Speaking of Joe and Morrissey, just rewatched Flesh and I'm going to see Trash for the first time as well, picked up the Morrissey trilogy a long time ago and finally digging into it.

I am still amazed by this thread though! Amazed that, seemingly, I'm the only one here who took an interest in girls IRL when I was a kid, while everyone else appears to have sat around ogling videos with their school buddies. Like, wtf?

    Porkys

My parents had rented it on betamax. And every Thursday night they went bowling. So I stayed home, and invited all my friends over. In the area I grew up in there was no cable till 1990. So I am sure this was most of our first times seeing nudity.

I was very naive till very late on, so obviously I had favorite male stars as a kid and as a teenager, but they were never really the heartthrob type so I never really looked at them sexually beyond maybe "he's cute." I guess the time I started watching films that were more sexual in nature was when I was in college so the movies that "interested" me in that way were a little more perverse than the stuff you all have been mentioning. For the most part, still, it wasn't, "man, I wish that dude would do that to me" type of interest but more so just "huh... that's kind of hot." It was more the act or the character or the vibe of the film than the actual actor themself.

A couple that come to mind are Blood For Dracula, Last House on the Left and Last House on Dead End Street. I guess of the three, the one that would make the most sense was Last House on the Left as bizarre as it is to find that movie sexy. The only other film I can think of, that is actually the first that came to mind is a film that I doubt any of you have seen, called Lake Consequence. It's a Zalman King flick so there's nothing in it besides butts and boobs but the vibe of the film is pretty damn hot and made a huge impression on me. That's probably the only one that I can say I might have said to myself "I wish that was me in that movie."

Can't pinpoint it but I remember Pam Grier's breasts in Escape from New York fondly. Porky's and Just One of the Guys as well.

Watching the shower scene with the naked ladies, you know -- where they stick their dongs through the hole in the wall? That was the first time I ever masturbated, watching that.
The same friend I had growing up who rented And God Created Woman? His dad owned Porky's on VHS and I dunno how many times we would go over there and watch the nude scenes from that movie. Good call on that one. I figure anyone within a few years of our age bracket HAS to have been affected by that movie.

I was born a Hammer fan so I've always been really into the heaving bosoms. Many a' pre-teen boners watching "Peter Cushing" movies (which indeed I was!) and relishing the opportunity to see Hazel Court and Veronica Carlson.... *sploosh*
