I'm looking to show films to students of visual design, something with a heavy emphasis on set design to crazy aesthetics in montage and graphics.
So far I have:
The Holy Mountain (1973)
Last Year at Marienbad
Viva la Muerte (1971)
Mr. Freedom (1969)
La Chinoise (1967)
Any more examples of such films I can activate young minds to the potential of visuals in narrative films?
