I recall this being a bit dull. As for that rap/metal crossover soundtrack, definitely the worst of both worlds.
I'm bitter, I'm twisted, James Joyce is fucking my sister.

I still listen to that and Freak Mama at the gym.

Also, I told my wife that most House of Pain lyrics revolve around Everlast and Danny Boy telling us, the listeners, that they're going to buttfuck us.

The remainder of their lyrics being reminders that they are of Irish descent.

They do bring that up occasionally as well.

Their third album was different, though. Half of it was Everlast rapping about his conversion to Islam. (Not a joke!)

Unsurprisingly, the third album was the last House of Pain album, and sucked tremendously.

I never bothered with the third one. I still have the first two and the Shamrocks And Shenanigans CD single kicking around somewhere though.

                      Nostalgia is a powerful drug.

I still have the first two and the Shamrocks and Shenanigans, Jump Around and Top O' The Morning To Ya singles, but I got rid of the third album in a couple of weeks after buying it. The only good song on it was Fed Up, and that wasn't that great.
