The first film that comes to mind is Seven Days (2010). It one those gut wrenching revenge films that really makes you feel the pain. It's brilliant.

I absolutely loved GLADIATOR and BRAVEHEART back when they were released. They both were amazing experiences. Both gave me chills. I am afraid to revisit them on the basis that they won't hold up. That was a long time ago. I'm a different person and my tastes have changed. I've seen thousands of films since.

I love THE OFFENCE but I'm looking forward to seeing it again. I adore Connery and this is possibly his best role.

CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST. I thought it was terrific with a beautiful score but I never want to sit through the animal deaths again.

I believe the Grindhouse release allows you to play the movie without the animal cruelty, David.

Be prepared. You'll want to take a shower afterwards, it's that grimy. Connery is suberbly chilling, too.

I watched The Offence last night & definitely agree. It's an intense film & Connery is great!
