I am refusing to get my hopes up for this, since his last 3 are horrible.
But I agree, this looks pretty darn good."No presh from the Dresh!"

I, personally, dislike everything I've seen by him but this does look promising.
I'm glad he's focusing on the time and not just the murders that changed it.
Might be a spoiler...
I've recently read that Manson sent his "family" to kill the record executive who rejected him.
Unfortunately, Manson didn't know he sold his home the Sharon.

That's what the story was on how they ended up there; he was looking for Terry Melcher.

Trailer does nothing for me, but a great review from Peter Bradshaw:

I had long suspected the entire Manson Family murders was part of a wider conspiracy involving CIA and National Security interests & an expansion of COINTELPRO, MK ULTRA and other covert operations aimed at destabilizing & discrediting various movements such as the counter culture, Indigenous rights, Black nationalism, etc. The "shadow" government knew these movements were dangerous in terms of national security and more importantly a threat to corporate interests. I was an avid listener of Mae Brussell and her World Watcher radio programs that aired on my local independent radio station when I was younger and her takes on the Manson Family always resonated with me.
Here's an interesting read. Warning NSFW as there are graphic photos of the murder scene and autopsy photos.

Roman Polanski's Wife Criticizes Quentin Tarantino for Including Husband in 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood'
"I am just saying that it doesn't bother them [in Hollywood] to make a film about Roman and his tragic story, and make money with it… while at the same time they have made him a pariah. And all without consulting him of course," Seigner wrote, noting she was not attacking the film itself. "How can you take advantage of someone's tragic life while trampling on them?"

Not sure if these were mentioned elsewhere, but they're PAL discs coming out in July to coincide with the Tarantino movie release:
