Prime Cut.
When I first saw this movie, I was unsure what to expect. The opening credits were a bit uneventful at first, then, 30 seconds or so in... Well, that was a surprise! The movie had my attention from the start.
Heavy Metal is memorable to me also, due to the way the opening credits switch gears in music and such.
Mallrats, the first time I saw that, many years ago in the 90s, That speech before the credits, and the credits that followed... I went into that one blindly, I saw Mallrats before I'd ever seen Clerks.
There are other opening credits that have grabbed my attention from the start, but those are the first that come to mind.

Sam Peckinpah's The Wild Bunch. It's a great, great opening. Most of Peckinpah's films have great title sequences but imo this is the best."His lives inside of his own heart. That's an awful big place to live in."
-Billy Bob Thornton, 'Sling Blade' (1996)
"Some roads you shouldn't go down."
-Billy Bob Thornton, 'Fargo' (2014)
