What adult films would you like to see get the HD Blu-ray treatement?

So, I've been thinking a lot recently but It really is about time someone rises to the challenge of bringing some Hd restored European features into the light of day. The handful of releases Tabu brought to the table were excellent but somewhat frustrated me that they couldn't release with the English speaking versions. Alpha France seem to be doing some work in HD, but alas these seem to fall as Streaming or maybe download, and whilst surfing have found that the dvds that they prolifically released seem to be harder to get hold of nowadays. Does this mean that they are going the way of Streaming/downloading only? There are many many European classics out there that deserve some quality physical releases. I understand that VS are only interested in US produced features, and I can get that, but many of these features also had US releases in English language versions. Someone out there must be interested into bringing these out.

I mean, if English exists, then please, provide it if you can, but subtitling porn, when it won't be carried in stores, and is only on Amazon by the grace of...whatever, is probably an unnecessary expense, and sometimes, the English audio versions aren't complete.

So, I wouldn't want English compatibility to block any Euro porn film from being released here.

Anyway, having now made myself familiar with quite a lot of classic porno, the ones I can say I would like to get the HD treatment are the really out there stuff. Waterpower, Femmes de Sade, Forced Entry, The Devil Inside Her. These, I think, would have some attraction to the horror crowd as well. And some mainstream stuff like Behind the Green Door and Café Flesh. Oh and strange stuffI haven't yet seen, like Let My Puppets Come. Still a novice in this field.

yeah I don't think many people who speak English would buy a film that has no English language option either English audio, or subtitles, I know I wouldn't. But I guess a few people would. I think there are many films that would sell well on blu ray, but I skipped over this months VS blu ray release of Trashy Lady. I have seen it before, and didn't really care for it. I hope it sells well for VS though so we can see more blu rays, but I see people say they will buy every blu ray that comes out to support a company and I think that is kind of stupid, I mean I only buy movies I like, and buying a movie you don't like is kind of idiotic in my opinion, I got the Po No 12 movie pack on preorder though, which sounds kick ass. Whatever happened to the Damiano films that were supposed to be coming to blu ray soon? I am hoping for well of course Deep Throat on blu ray, but I'd love also Devil in Miss Jones, Story of Joanna, Memories Within Miss Aggie. And maybe I'm totally alone on this, probably am, but what about some classic transsexual porn, there are only a couple of them I know of, but Passage Thru Pamela is an amazing movie, best transsexual film I ever saw, I read on the VCA boxcover that it was edited, so I'd like an uncut version of that movie as well. It's a really great film, starring the prettiest transsexual ever to appear in porn I think. I'm not a fan of most transsexual porn because it's all gonzo no story, but they did make a few features back in the 80's it seems that were worth seeing.

I don't really understand this rationale, though. I mean, we're talking almost exclusively about Euro flicks with post-synced sound in all languages anyway, and to be honest, I often find them much more tolerable not in English, especially because they are 90% sex scenes (with very, very simple plots) and hearing some disconnected English voice saying "Yes, yeah, oh, yeah, ohhh, yeah, yes, uhhhhh, YES!" while also rhythmically breathing, is very distracting. On the other hand, I can't say I mind that nearly as much in, say, French or German. These are not cerebral films in any way, rather they are all about visuals and atmosphere.

So, I recently picked up the Tabu release of "F" or should I say "Seka and the sexy girls" as its known in Germany. I would say don't bother with the Tabu release as it looks like it was sourced from vhs. I did get me wondering though how well this one would fare if scanned in HD from the negative, if it exists.

Anyone remember a video outfit from Chicago called SVE (Stan's Video Exchange)? They sold S&M, fisting, scat, etc. videos from Europe but also rented videos via mail. They had pre-records of some of the Avon films so that's where I got my copies from, which, was much better quality than what was being traded around.
