No, Jeremy's father sold the house in 1988. Has had 3 other owners since then. Always interesting what you can find on the internet. I'm a little surprised that he knows about it being removed though. The NY Post has a story on it and it's not Con Ed wanting to remove the tree but the NY parks department.
