  • To avoid confusion and/or disappointment, the big costume film we're doing is Ribald Tales Of Canterbury, to be paired with Tasty.

Oh cool. I have and like Ribald tales of Canterbury, but I'm all up for a decent restoration so I can retire the older release I have. Strangely enough when VS announced that it would be a costume piece, Ribald Tales sprung to mind, but kind of discounted it when other speculation started.

          • November releases are live for pre-order. Pretty Peaches is limited to 1500 units. That's my pre-order in.

            • Wow, MURDER ON THE EMERALD SEAS seems to only be available in the pre-pack. That really, REALLY sucks, as it is the only one of the bunch I am interested in. And I am very interested. But I'll be damned if I'll pay $52 for it. I hope this turns up through Diabolik or something, or VS reconsiders this tactic.

              • I pre-ordered the "Pretty Peaches" limited edition blu ray. Screenshots on Vinegar Syndrome's site are beautiful. I'm looking forward to the next Alex de Renzy title.

                • TASTY is worth a watch. It's like a porno version of WKRP IN CINCINNATI, except it's not funny.

I pre-ordered Pretty Peaches too and you are right. Those screenshots look amazing!

                      • I ordered the Pretty Peaches Blu-ray. I really hope we can get more hardcore titles on Blu-ray, especially the 80s ones.

I wonder, does VS have a copy of Nightlife (1982) (the Loni Sanders film)? That's one I'd love to see remastered.

                          No rights on Nightlife.
We have more xxx blus slated for 2015.

Awesome! Is there a chance for any Mitchell Brothers and/or Dark Brothers( Gregory Dark) titles? I assume the rights for those movies must be pretty tough.

                            • The Mitchell family couldn't care less about getting their films restored unless there's really good money to be made. They do well with their 1' tape sourced DVDs...
The Dark stuff is easy rights wise but I'm not sure about elements.
