Mario Azzopardi's never-on-disc Canuxploitation classic, DEADLINE, which includes, among other things, dismemberment by telepathic goat, will make its hotly anticipated Blu-ray debut. This one is easily among the films we're most excited for next year.

This is the most significant title for me, as I'm always eager to see a film that previously had no release or only one on VHS (and that was over 3 decades ago) get the recognition it deserves. Judging from what I've read in the past, this one will be highly anticipated. It works brilliantly as a horror film without actually being one.

I really am looking forward to these Euro horror boxsets next year. I am most interested in Malabimba, I have only seen the edited version on DVD, so it will be interesting to see the uncut version. I am really wondering what the big black Friday surprise will be, I have no idea, but I can't think of a movie that would fit the description. Is it the version of Pieces that has the blowjob? haha I heard of that version existing, but no one seems to be able to prove such a version was real.

Over on the br.com VS thread, Mr. Lyons mentions gialli & Spanish horror box sets coming next year plus another stand-alone gialli film. I sure hope those are planned for late '20 so I have a slim chance of having some spare cash to buy'em.

This might have been asked already, but does anyone know if VS has mentioned the possibility of ever releasing Amanda By Night uncut? I read the Caballero DVD was edited a little, and of course the quality was not very good either. This is a really good movie, I think my favorite with Veronica Hart maybe. I have not seen it in a long time, but I remember Veronica Hart using a vibrator and R. Bolla breaking down the door and her reaction was so funny to me for some reason lol. oh and I did want to add, why do we have to rely on VS as the only company that can do a quality adult film release? I love VS for doing this, but wtf, other companies that have these films like Caballero, are they like totally clueless, and don't know how to do a quality release?
