    Bill was getting sicker and sicker, mentally declining and getting completely fucked over.

    Last night Capstone Films put up an interview with Walter Olsen where he talks about his and Bills life and career on the main page. I'm about half-way through and so far it's been pretty good! https://www.capstone-films.com/

    edit: Just finished it and was glad I gave it a listen, it was interesting and unfortunately a bit depressing to hear Walt talk about Bills life.

    And the coffin will come in an embossed, numbered, glow in the dark slipcase. Said coffin will also be shoddily built of balsa wood and chewing gum, despite having promised that it will be a top-of-the-line, luxury coffin.
