THE WITCHING a curio but as a film it's a mess. The new footage doesn't mesh with the old and the re-working of the story is a confusing mess.

It's most likely this is just the theatrical cut, which did ( by reports ) have some nudity...Bill may just be hazarding a guess as it it's rating.

    • "LEONARD MANN sits for an interview for the CUT AND RUN (Blu) for CODE RED DVD! Banana Man nabs the great interview with American cult actor who did plenty of Italian film in the 70s and was the lead in 80's Cult hit NIGHT SCHOOL. Leonard talks about the trouble shooting the film and talked about his co-stars!"

      • CUT AND RUN is glorious; perhaps Deodato's most purely enjoyable film. A pristine transfer of the uncut version is one of my most wanted titles on Blu.
Why would anybody watch a scum show like Videodrome? Why did you watch it, Max?

        • NECROMANCY did have nudity when it first ran. Pleasantly surprised the hell out of us horny 13 year olds!

Gil was very comical and outlandish about the making of the film and how it affected him. (Gil was the John Oates "hall&Oates" clone in the film) all fun and coming soon late 2016!"

She talked about the film, cast and also talked about her role in the horror classic HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. She was very friendly and happy to have her help out on the release! "

                    • I just watched NIGHTFALL on blu-ray from Code Red and out of the 300 films I've watched this year it take the prize as being the most shittiest film I had to sit through. I honestly just wanted it cause I'm a big Asminov fan, but this crap does not do his story any justice.

                      • I'm hoping Bill breaks his promise and upgrades Butcher, Baker, Nightmare Maker to BD. I mean if you're gonna give Hot Moves the greenlight, do the same for something that's actually gonna move some units. If he gets crackin' on it now, there's no reason why we couldn't have it in time for Halloween.

                          • Man, he's really cranking them out! Depending on the price & reviews about transfer quality, I may spring for Black Candles as the artwork is excellent.

I'm waiting for House on the Edge of the Park & I'd definitely buy Butcher, Baker, Nightmare Maker. That film is just, uh, nuts in every way possible!

                            • What was the controversy about the DVD of BLACK CANDLES? Missing some dong shots or something?

                              • It was complete but the image was a tad washed out and there was a brief glitch in the transfer around the 22 min mark.
Bill found a 35 mm print for MARDI GRAS....I am hoping a new source was found for this too.
