Fired up my Roku last night and wow. I was like a perverted kid in a filthy candy store.

I'm really loving it so far. My only complaints are Roku-app related. It's still pretty slow and clunky, but I thought it was a lot faster last night so they're clearly working on it. A bigger issue is the random low quality playback on some films. I've had to hold off on watching a few titles because of that but I'm sure they'll get the kinks worked out soon. When everything works correctly it looks amazing.

We're very close to solving the random Roku quality issue. It seems to vary day-to-day and film-to-film. If a film looks chunky and pixelated one day, check back the next day and it generally looks much better. The upside is that when a film loads at a high bitrate, it looks damn good for streaming!

Once we solve the Roku quality issue, I will get a full night's sleep...haha.

        Thanks everyone!

Hey Ryan, glad to see you here.

Any chance of putting a search option in?

Another suggestion - a NEW category. I noticed on twitter yesterday you guys said four new films were added but you have to dig around in each category to find them. If there was a NEW section, you could go straight to it and that would be pretty rad.

I know this is and probably always will be a work in progress and it's off to a great start but I'd find those two tweaks pretty helpful.

Another question: can I sign up for this service on my iPad, and watch films on it? Are you able to access some, but not all, films? I'm trying to look for a way around buying a second Roku if possible. They said they'd be developing an app for it, but I'm wondering if you couldn't just stream from their website on your iPad with the browser (something like Safari or Chrome).

                Hey Ian,

We're definitely going to add a 'Recently Added' section to Roku for both features and trailers. It will most likely show the twelve most recently added films/trailers.

Glad to hear you're enjoying the streaming so far! It's a brand new world for us and it took a TON of work to setup. New bells and whistles will be added, so if you have any more suggestions please let us know. Thanks!

Zane, most definitely. A bunch of people are currently using the service on tablets like iPad using the Safari or Chrome browser -- even streaming films directly from their iPad to their TVs with Airplay and Chromecast.

It's great to see people using the service in ways we never even imagined. We have a bunch of people streaming films to their PS3s and PS4s -- I never even thought that would be possibility.

All films are available on all devices. Thanks!

Thanks, Ryan, for the timely response! I just actually bought another Roku today to replace my other one that cratered out, and signed up for your service. At first glance, WOW. This is looking pretty great. Can't wait to see what else gets rolled out with this service. Definitely worth the $10 CDN that you're charging.

My one gripe so far, after a few minutes of using this? When you switch categories, you have to wait for the entire category to load; you can't just go to the next category. A small gripe with an otherwise superb service so far. I'm sure you will probably address this at some point down the line. It's not a long wait by any means, but given that other services have a seamless movement through categories, this is something to perhaps look at.

I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but you are now winning me over! Can't wait to dig into the library of stuff you guys are offering - keep up the great work!

Already watched a couple of titles: "Daughters of Discipline", "Savage Sadists", "Flesh and Bullets" and "Little Sisters". Can't seem to find "Long Jeanne Silver", or hasn't it been uploaded?

I just watched "Blood", probably the best Milligan I've seen so far. More Andy please! :)

I was wondering the same thing. Hope it will eventually drop.

Anyone else having problems getting the program on Roku to load? Mine seems to be freezing at the title screen and never leaves there. Just started today.
