Claude Chabrol Films Coming To Blu-ray From Cohen Films

Chabrol was an amazingly consistent director. I don't think I've seena film from him I didn't enjoy, including Nightcap above.

That would be Poulet au vinaigre (Chicken With Vinegar, 1984) and Inspecteur Lavardin (1986). Romantic comedy mysteries starring Jean Poiret. Perhaps the two made-for-TV sequels Chabrol made in 1986 will be included as a bonus. What an odd choice for the Cohen Film Collection because the Inspector doesn't have much of an audience in the USA. Let's hope they reach further into Chabrol's ouevre. I'll buy every Chabrol film they release on blu.
