i've regularly checked the ebay prices on these CO discs since they came out, and in the last few years they've frequently turned up in the £15-20 range (new, sealed) for some reason. check the sold prices by just searching the label name across the world.

to me, this is odd. they've always been extremely well reviewed and are truly out the ordinary compared to most UK or USA label choices for italian genre films. suspect most see initial prices as high and interest fades, too. if only more knew they could get them half price compared to what most paid when first released.

Wherever you get them from, they're quite pricey. DTM have them for about 25 Euros plus postage (about £35 in total), but they can also be had for about £35 with postage - which would be about the same in total - from this eBay seller: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/COME-CANI...IAAOSwhRZegKar (I've used them myself a number of times before and they're reliable and ship from within the UK, so buy with confidence)

Full review in the works and to be posted soon but for anyone humming and hawwing over this one, the transfer is fantastic and the movie is pretty great - violent, sleazy but well paced, well acted and lots of naked ladies! Good stufff, Camera Obscura's Blu-ray is gorgeous.

So on FB Camera Obscura confirmed that the final absolute street date for this is now 11/21. That's not so far off...

So you would Recommend this one? I love what Camera Obscura are doing but the price tag tends to make these more of a Gamble than they should be.
It's kind of tough to give this one a no qualms recommendation, as I said I do like it quite a bit and I'll be getting it but I'm not sure I'd call it essential. Really comes down to how big a fan you are of Italian crime films. It's not one I'd rank in the top 10 or anything. It is fairly violent and sleazy, if that makes a difference.
