So Germany's Ton Film are, according to Diabolik DVD, releasing an English friendly version of the longer, international cut of The Awful Dr. Orloff.

There will be a hard box packaging variant (the one on the right).



These will be region 2. No other details yet.

Here are some details cribbed from Mirek and his post at Latarnia
The 'world's first' bit is their hyperbole :)
The Spanish dvd came out last year I believe with the longer cut, so there's a chance they have the world's first 93 min English track.
Also the 2 aspect ratios seems to indicate the long version is 1.33.
