Nearly all of Kino's Bava releases are going OOP because they couldn't come to an agreement with the licensor. Sounds like it wasn't a legal issue, as it was with Arrow, so hopefully someone else will pony up and re-release these.
Kim Newman mentioned that he recorded a commentary for The Whip And The Body, speculation is that 88 Films will be reissuing it sooner rather than later.
