I thought this was just okay at best. The first half has a lot of goofy comedy, and Savalas chews the hell out of the scenery (and sports an outrageous Southern accent to boot). The film does get better, and much darker in the latter half but it's a very uneven movie. Nero is great as always though.

It's a very minor film- and a scrappy uneven one- but I thought Savalas and Nero were a fun enough pairing to carry it. I'd totally forgotten Savalas' Scottish accent. Now it's all coming back.

I liked it last time I watched it. Yeah, uneven is fair, but it's pretty entertaining in its own sometimes absurd way.
