For Orgy of the Living Dead, if I remember correctly, they asked for a PDF of my Amazon receipt and sent me a new copy in a new case. It was pretty speedy.

I predict that the mechanism will be to send Amazon $15.

I guess I should be happy that they will offer replacements. I wonder what will be the mechanism to get the new disc?

We are now creating an alternate master using the Italian audio (English subtitled) and we will send you a factory sealed replacement copy of this release. You can keep the existing English version, naturally.

Please allow a few weeks for us to work through this. Thank you for your patience and continued support of our company and our new line of reasonably priced, remastered European genre films on Blu-ray and DVD!”"
These fucking muppets didn't think to do this in the first place. Not angering customers, looking incompetent and what not. Oh well. Didn't get around to buying it so I guess I'll wait until they correct it before getting a copy.

My last murdered girl arrived in a Jiffy bag.

Shouldn't joke about this. You can probably order such things on the dark web or summat.

That won't fit through the letterbox.

Could be worse, Code Red is shoddy and not reasonably priced!

Yeah, it's pretty bad on the Blu. Which is even more odd than watching a VHS with bad sound because the PQ is pretty solid, it's jarringly incongruous. I was able to tweak it just a bit with my equalizer, but it's still bad. I picked it up for $8.50 during their last sale even after reading about the issues, and i'm still OK with it because i don't have any other copy for this one. But it is pretty bad, kind'a hollow sounding.
