Now watch as they steal the fan-edit from Cinemageddon with the TV channel watermark on the corner.

I think Diabolik will; they just recently got a bunch of Dark Force exclusives, like Point Doom and the Mirror Mirror movies.

Well, they're not really "exclusives" anymore. They're being released by MVD so all stores will be selling them soon.

"DARK FORCE STATEMENT ON DEATH RAGE SUB-TITLE CONTROVERSY: An issue has been raised by certain vocal individuals regarding the subtitling on the new Dark Force release of DEATH RAGE which has never looked so good on high def. Apparently the complaints surround a few very minor missed scenes in the movie with Italian dialogue subtitled in english. Although we have confirmed the scenes were indeed overlooked, we do feel they were not pertinent to the story and very self explanatory. However the vocal minority did get the attention of our distribution partner MVD who suggested that we do a replacement disc program on this release. Meanwhile it is worthwhile to mention that we have received many compliments regarding the new transfer which was from a 35mm Italian print. Most are very satisfied that the image on the new Dark Force blu-ray stating it is far superior to anything else previous on the market. There is a very small amount of print wear mostly evident in the first few minutes of the opening credits and then the rest is quite nice. We have decided to look into a replacement program on this release for everyone that has purchased it up until now. In the meantime, it has been pulled from the Dark Force Superstore until further notice. We want to thank all of our loyal fans for their support and understanding.
Warm Regards, General Tom Dark Force"

I grabbed the new filmart blu-ray and it's the full uncut version (5 minutes longer than the dork force bruh-ley + engl. subs for the missing parts). the transfer looks slightly better too. the shorter english cut (HD) and the italian version (SD) are hidden in the bonus features. the italian version has no subs at all, which makes it kinda pointless but considering it's even shorter than the english version and obviously from an older dvd master, it doesn't bother me at all.

I hadn't seen this before and I guess you can say (apart from his gothic films) it's a typical margheriti movie -- good craftsmanship but it won't make anybodys top lists. barbara bouchet trying her best (3 nude scenes!!) to keep this movie going, but like charlton heston in planet of the apes or kirk douglas in saturn 3 the awkward age gap between her and yul brynner almost made me vomit when they had their scenes together.

I didn't know there was a new release, thanks. Only ever seen this on a crappy PD disc.

yes, I thought it was posted here that they were working on an uncut version but the release date was pushed back several times (april 30th 2021).
seems to be out of stock on amazon: https://www.amazon.de/Death-Rage-Blu...inkCode=xm2&m=
