There's a French version. Doesn't have English subs, but I got by fairly well reading the French subs with my basic schoolboy French. During the dark days of UK censorship I used to buy a shit-load of secam VHS tapes on booze cruises to France so I'm used to getting about 60% of the dialogue and then filling in the gaps. If your French isn't too bad, here's the link. Disc is a good one, if I remember correctly, the lengthy Mads/Refn interview in in English (not 100% on that, but I think so):

Refn doesn't speak French and I'm hoping the interview on the French disc is in English and subbed instead of voiceover translated. According to dvdcompare the German disc has a commentary track but they don't mention the language. I don't remember if the old Danish dvd has a commentary track. If it does I guess the Germans might have subbed it. Or they could have asked him to do a new one which would most likely be in English.
