But maybe we will get more next year. I mean, how is it even possible that Flower and Snake and Wife to be Sacrificed are not on the list? I hate both films, but they are some of Nikkatsu's best cash cows.

Not sure if anyone here is interested () but on 4th of October... RED VIOLATION ON DVD.
(but why not a blu... they must have scanned it recently :P )

The Blu list started fine I think when I started from December 2016 and going backwards but... oh well. :cuckoo: Not that I know anything about most of the movies. The BOLD and the bluetiful titles are BLU-RAYs. The others first time on DVD (most of them, but not all, I think are already available as VOD). All from Happinet. Obviously no English subs. I went through the lists quickly so errors are possible. And I have no idea why they revealed all of them now. Hopefully it is not an error and I just ruined everything... I'm pretty sure the titles were not there an hour or two ago but appeared when I refreshed some time later.

I'm extremely pleased about a BluRay of SECRET CHRONICLE:SHE BEAST MARKET, one of my favorite Japanese films of all time.

Was going to pre-order the Blus from Amazon.co.jp and then later decide which ones I want and possibly get a cheaper price for them if Amazon decided to drop the price at some point before release and then raise it back up. For 6 discs to Finland the shipping costs would be around 23€ or 25$. Which is fine as far as I'm concerned as they deliver it sometimes in one day, they calculate the customs into the price and the courier will handle the customs over here. So very easy and super fast.

But Amazon marks these discs as adult and they don't deliver adult items internationally.

Fuck this fucking shit. :down:

(I knew all the later roman porno discs have been marked as adult at Amazon but I forgot about it...)

Thanks for the news Takuma! Really happy about the Blus even without subs and whatever the films are. I was already thinking that we will never have any of this stuff (outside maybe the ones Synapse might or might not release) in good quality HD.

But I checked them (very quickly so might be wrong) and I think only Confessions of a Female Secretary: Juice From the Fruit is something that does not have any kind of release yet? All the films being released on Blu do have at least a VHS release in existence? And I think two of the DVDs are at DMM in pretty good SD quality (I'm pretty sure Amorous Family: Like a Fox and a Racoon looked good enough that they could have released it on Blu if they wanted to). Obviously a new release on Blu will totally destroy VHS rips but I am slightly disappointed if there really is only one film that is completely new (on home video).

Not too interested in new films, but hopefully this means new DVD releases of some classics that aren't available yet. About half of my favourite Roman Porno films are missing on DVD (e.g. Female Delinquent, Rape Ceremony, Red Violation...) or only available on OOP DVD (Oh Women! A Dirty Song, Crazed Fruit...).
