New 90 documentary on Godzilla and kaiju movies made by these guys.

No release date yet but I'll be keeping an eye on this for sure.

I'm not really a fan of kaiju per se but I do appreciate Godzilla and have to admit this does look pretty cool. Interesting that this documentary is actually a doctoral project for the Spanish director, Bellés. It's stated that he is going to travel to the US & Japan among a whole slew of countries to interview leading film historians and critics -- I bet one of them is going to be August Ragone. Anyone here remember his short-lived Kaiju fan magazine, Markalite? I still check out his blog every now & again to keep up.
