There are some more entertaining ones, like Dr. Lamb, Daughter of Darkness and Brother of Darkness that could all have been on the list. A Chinese Torture Chamber Story I don't particularly like, a very mean spirited film though it does star a veery cute girl.
Of course there are also absolutely fantastic 70s and 80s films, especially by the Shaw Brothers, that were made before the Cat III rating existed but landed the rating later on video. I've omitted them assuming this thread is about the 90s or so "Cat III films".Comment

There are very few of them available on Blu-ray, Hell there are so many that are just Laserdisc or VCD, and a lot of them are not even on DVD. I own practically all of them in various formats.Comment
